The trademark owner is Michael Reifer as a natural person. The authority to grant permission for the use of the trademark rests exclusively with the trademark owner. Such permission is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time by the trademark owner.

Trademark Use by the InnoValley Network
The InnoValley network, its full members, and active partners use the trademark with the consent of the trademark owner within the scope of their statutory activities. The use of the trademark and logo is permitted solely to indicate membership, for joint events, or in project-related communications. The trademark does not constitute an asset of the InnoValley business network. Its use in company names, as part of domain names, or for the registration of proprietary trademarks is not permitted.

Trademark Use by Third Parties
Any use of the INNOVALLEY trademark by third parties without member or partner status requires the express consent of the trademark owner and, where applicable, a license agreement.
